Showcase: Jō (GR)

Born and raised in Athens, Jō began playing piano and singing from a young age and made her first appearance on stage at the age of 17 alongside Greek hip hop artists. Later on, she formed an acoustic trio with whom she performed pop and rock covers. Fast forward a few years, and having refined her influences with jazz, soul and neo-soul sounds, Jō has released 4 singles and is currently working on her first album with Mellowsophy music, whom she joined in 2022. During this time, she has performed in several venues and events, including Mellowsophy Music festival at Gazarte, The Meet Market, and Afrikana.
