This session looks at how artists, organisers, and communities across Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean are using music to take cultural action into their own hands. From grassroots festivals to cross-border projects, we’ll explore how citizen-led initiatives are creating connection, resisting marginalisation, and rebuilding trust.
